1. Your guest list stays yours.
Each couple's data is kept separate from every other couple's — isolation built into the database, not just trusted to our app.
2. One private link per guest — and it only shows them.
Every guest gets their own unguessable link. It reveals their own name and their own RSVP — never the rest of your list, never anyone else's reply.
3. Your family's names are never on Google.
Guest pages and your account are kept out of search engines. Only our public pages — the marketing page and this privacy policy — are indexed.
4. We ask for less.
We don't require your guests' emails or phone numbers — just the names needed to greet them warmly, in Arabic or English.
When you create an account, we record the country you signed up from (based on your internet connection) to understand where our couples are. We don't keep your IP address with your account; it's used only briefly to protect sign-up and login from abuse, and deleted within two days.
5. No ad trackers. No analytics pixels.
Your wedding site doesn't carry advertising networks or third-party tracking.
6. Protected the way it should be.
An encrypted, backed-up database. Passwords stored hashed, never in plain text. A two-factor login on our admin. HTTPS on every page.
7. When an account is deleted.
You're always in control of your account. You can delete it yourself in Settings at any time: it closes straight away, so your website and guest links stop working and nothing more is sent to your guests, and it's erased for good 14 days later. Until then, simply log in and cancel.
When an account is deleted, your guest list, your guests' replies, your pictures and your music are erased.
When an account is deleted, we never keep your guests' details: not their names and not their answers. Their phone numbers can remain for up to 30 days in the technical logs of our WhatsApp messages, and are then deleted for good. And if a guest asked us to stop messaging them, we keep that request on a do-not-message list, as a one-way code rather than their number, so we never message them again.
We keep only a small record of the account: your email, your names, your web address, the country and type of device you signed up from, the main dates (such as when you signed up, your event date and when you last logged in) and a summary of how you used rsvpful, in numbers only (for example, how many invitations were sent and opened). It helps us understand how rsvpful is used, and only rsvpful's own team can see it. Your web address also stays reserved for a year, so no one else can use it.
Our encrypted backups are kept for a short time and then overwritten, so deleted information doesn't linger there either.
7. عند حذف الحساب.
حسابكم بين أيديكم دائماً. يمكنكم حذفه بأنفسكم من الإعدادات في أي وقت: يُغلق فوراً، فيتوقف موقعكم وروابط ضيوفكم عن العمل ولا يُرسَل أي شيء إلى ضيوفكم، ثم يُمحى نهائياً بعد 14 يوماً. وحتى ذلك الحين، يكفي أن تسجّلوا الدخول وتلغوا الحذف.
عند حذف الحساب تُمحى قائمة ضيوفكم وردودهم وصوركم وموسيقاكم.
عند حذف الحساب، لا نحتفظ أبداً ببيانات ضيوفكم: لا بأسمائهم ولا بردودهم. وقد تبقى أرقام هواتفهم حتى 30 يوماً في السجلات التقنية لرسائل واتساب، ثم تُحذف نهائياً. وإن طلب أحد الضيوف ألا نراسله، نحتفظ بطلبه في قائمة عدم المراسلة على شكل رمز لا يمكن عكسه، لا رقمه، كي لا نراسله مرة أخرى.
ونحتفظ فقط بسجل صغير عن الحساب: بريدكم الإلكتروني وأسماؤكم وعنوان موقعكم، والبلد ونوع الجهاز الذي سجّلتم منه، والتواريخ الرئيسية (مثل تاريخ التسجيل وتاريخ المناسبة وآخر تسجيل دخول)، وملخص لاستخدامكم rsvpful بالأرقام فقط (مثل عدد الدعوات التي أُرسلت وفُتحت). يساعدنا ذلك على فهم كيفية استخدام rsvpful، ولا يطّلع عليه إلا فريق rsvpful. كما يبقى عنوان موقعكم محجوزاً لمدة سنة كي لا يستخدمه أحد غيركم.
أما نسخنا الاحتياطية المشفّرة فتُحفظ لفترة قصيرة ثم يُكتب فوقها، فلا تبقى المعلومات المحذوفة فيها أيضاً.
